MEMBERSHIP
Article–4:
Any student shall be eligible for membership of this Organization provided that he accepts the aims and objectives of this Organization as those of his own life, fully agrees with the programmes and modus operandi of the Organization, and actively takes part in their implementation. He must completely abide by the Constitution of this Organization, duly observe the injunctions (obligatory Ibadah) enjoined by Islam, refrain from committing major sins (Kabirah Gunah), and must not be associated with any organization whose principles, methods, aims, or agenda conflict with those of this Organization.
Article–5:
Any student desiring membership shall collect the prescribed form from the Central President, duly fill it in, and submit it to the Central President in the manner approved by the Executive Council. The Central President shall grant the membership and arrange for the oath. If the Central President does not grant the membership, he shall be liable to explain the reasons to the Executive Council.
Article–6:
Membership shall be repealed through a process prescribed by the Executive Council if a member fully or partially violates the terms and conditions laid down in the Constitution under Article–4, violates the oath taken at the time of admission, or shows reluctance or disregard toward the Organization for a prolonged period despite efforts made for his rectification.
Article–7:
If any member wishes to resign from membership, he shall submit his resignation to the Central President. His membership shall be suspended upon receipt of the resignation by the Central President and shall stand terminated immediately after approval by the Central President.
Article–8:
Upon completion of the student life of a member, his membership shall come to an end with the approval of the Central President after the publication of his examination result.
ASSOCIATESHIP
Article–9:
Any student who subscribes to the aims and objectives of this Organization, consciously agrees with its programmes and methods of work, observes the preliminary obligations of Islam, and pledges to extend his full cooperation to the Organization in all its integrated activities shall be entitled to associateship.
Article–10:
Any student seeking associateship shall fill in the application form prescribed by the Central Organization and submit it to the Central President or any of his local representatives. The Central President or his authorized local representative shall approve the application and arrange for the oath.
Article–11:
If any associate fully or partially violates the preconditions mentioned in Article–9 of this Constitution, the Central President or his authorized local representative may repeal his associateship.
