Md. Mutasim Billah Shahedy, Central Media Secretary, has previously served in various important organizational responsibilities. He performed his duties with dedication and competence as Central Research Secretary, Central Planning & Development Secretary, Central International Affairs Secretary, and President of Central English Medium Branch.

In his academic life, he completed his Bachelor’s (Honours) and Master’s degrees in Political Science from Jagannath University. Currently, he is pursuing a Professional Master’s (PMIR) in International Relations at the Faculty of Social Science, University of Dhaka.
