Any student who agrees with the aims and objectives of the organization and is willing to actively participate in achieving them may become a primary member, known as a Supporter, by filling out the prescribed membership form.
The organization follows a structured process for the gradual development and improvement of its members. The manpower structure of Chhatra Shibir consists of four stages:
Supporter
Worker
Associate
Member
After being enrolled as a Supporter, one can progress to the levels of Worker, Associate, and finally Member through continuous personal development in knowledge and moral character, as well as regular participation in Dawah activities and organizational programs.
