The Central Student Welfare Department shall foster cooperation, compassion, and a sense of responsibility within the organization. Its primary responsibilities include ensuring the active functioning of the Student Welfare Department at each branch, engaging branch members, associates, and qualified office bearers with the department, and providing immediate oversight and assistance in times of emergency.
In addition to supporting the organization’s manpower, the department plays an active role in addressing practical needs of general students, including providing stipends, educational assistance to underprivileged students, and establishing emergency relief funds. A major responsibility of the department is to provide special care and respect to the families of martyrs. Each branch shall maintain a record of local martyr families, injured members, and members in distress, and take initiatives to provide support, deliver gifts on Eid or special occasions, arrange necessary medical care, and assist in their sustainable welfare.
The department shall maintain regular communication with the members of martyr families and preserve authentic records, brief biographies, or books to honor the memory of martyrs. Through these efforts, the Central Student Welfare Department establishes the organization’s humanitarian and responsible character on a strong and enduring foundation.
