The Central Publication Department shall advance the organization’s publication-related activities in a planned, creative, and systematic manner. Among its primary responsibilities shall be the preparation of high-quality and timely publications—such as calendars, diaries, notebooks, and essential educational and value-based books—aligned with various occasions including the New Year and Ramadan, as well as other engaging publications, and ensuring their distribution to students.

The department shall regularly verify requisitions received from branches, maintain adequate stock of materials, ensure accurate and timely delivery, and uphold transparency in all publication management processes.

Through creative planning, effective execution, and skilled management, the Central Publications Department shall strengthen the organization’s da‘wah and knowledge-based initiatives, enhancing its outreach and impact.
