The Central Literature Department shall function with the objective of promoting and sustaining a sound tradition of literary and cultural practice among the student community, based on Islamic values, heritage, and civilization. The department shall undertake necessary measures to ensure the effective dissemination of all publications issued by the organization to the intended readership.

For the purpose of fostering literary interest and intellectual development, the department shall establish Reader Forums at the school and college levels. Through these forums, structured programs such as reading circles, literary assemblies, question-and-answer sessions, quizzes, and general knowledge competitions shall be organized, with the aim of cultivating a constructive, consistent, and meaningful engagement with reading among students.
