The Central Library Department shall work to develop and promote reading habits among the organization’s manpower and students. Its scope of activities shall include the establishment and management of lending libraries, online libraries, general libraries, and mobile libraries. These libraries shall preserve and provide access to the Qur’an, Hadith, scholarly and thought-provoking works, as well as books on history and intellectual development.

Through the organization of reading circles and discussion sessions, the department shall endeavor to transform reading into a consistent and sustained practice. Ensuring the proper management of libraries at the branch level, maintaining accurate records of book issuance and returns, and keeping library activities active and functional shall constitute the core responsibilities of the department.

In addition, the department shall coordinate with local Imams, teachers, and interested readers to enhance the effectiveness of mosque-based libraries and community libraries.
