The Central Arts and Culture Department shall systematically advance the organization’s cultural activities. Its primary responsibilities include appointing a dedicated Culture Secretary at each branch, forming an active artists’ group under their supervision, and integrating these activities into the branch’s annual plan in accordance with central cultural guidelines.
In alignment with the organization’s cultural policies, the department encourages the practice of poetry, recitation, music, drama, and other artistic disciplines, and ensures that such practices are regularly conducted at the branch level. It also ensures the active participation of branch artists’ groups in special occasions, national events, literature- or culture-based programs, and central organizational events, thereby fostering a healthy and ideal cultural environment.
Through these initiatives, the Central Arts and Culture Department continuously cultivates artistic practice, creativity, and a wholesome cultural environment within the organization, contributing to the development of principled and well-balanced personalities.
