The Central Dawah Department is responsible for conveying the exalted message of Islam to students. In its efforts to reach students, all environments—from educational institutions and mosques to playgrounds—are considered potential platforms for dawah.

The department organizes dawah programs at every organizational level, conducts regular Quranic lessons, and dispatches dawah groups to sustain ongoing activities. It enhances the acceptability of dawah through contemporary short messages, small gifts, dawah materials, and accessible content.

To develop capable preachers, the department provides appropriate training to its manpower. It also actively implements the policy of allocating twenty-five percent of the organization’s total expenditure to dawah activities.

The Central Dawah Department ensures the organization’s dawah spirit, the coordination of activities, and the continuity of its outreach efforts are maintained in a cohesive and systematic manner.
