The Central College Activities Department shall undertake practical and need-based programs aimed at enhancing the intellectual capacity, critical thinking, and overall competence of students of public and private colleges, higher secondary institutions, and polytechnic colleges across the country. Such programs shall include, but shall not be limited to, merit receptions, orientation programs for new students, career guidance initiatives, career summits, and the provision of educational scholarships.

The department shall also coordinate appropriate planning to strengthen the intellectual development and da‘wah-oriented efforts of meritorious students and, where necessary, facilitate the distribution of gifts or da‘wah-related materials in support of these objectives. At the branch level, the department shall provide guidelines for the establishment of Idea Clubs and organize special sessions, coaching programs, and various social activities for students.

Overall, the Central College Activities Department shall work in a systematic and coordinated manner to advance the academic, moral, and organizational development of college-oriented students.
