In accordance with directives from the Central Authority and guided by both long-term and short-term strategic plans, the department shall commence each academic semester by collecting information on students enrolled in business studies programs. It shall monitor their academic performance and overall progress, providing guidance and support to those students who seek it. For interested students, the department shall facilitate structured activities such as idea development, business plan formulation, and presentation preparation as part of its regular programs.

In addition, the department shall organize courses and workshops on networking, leadership development, and other essential professional skills, enabling business studies students to acquire practical competencies alongside their academic preparation. The department shall also guide students in matters related to professional and career development.

Providing direction for higher education and professional qualifications such as ACCA, CA, ICMA, BBA, and MBA; organizing study circles for selected students; establishing Business Clubs where necessary; and ensuring the continuity of activities through these clubs shall be among the key objectives of the department. Initiatives such as entrepreneurship development and interview preparation programs shall also be undertaken.

Through awarding meritorious students, developing skilled manpower, establishing business education centers, and maintaining continuous engagement through alumni networks, the department shall work to cultivate a dynamic, competent, and future-oriented manpower.
